IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION


IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHEN PRODUCING PACIFIER HOLDERS: 

Each pacifier holder must be manufactured with the utmost precision and in compliance with the legislation DIN EN 12586. 

  • The maximum length of 22cm (without clips) must not be longer The cord must be at least 1.5mm thick. We only sell satin cord which is very strong and resistant. 
  • The beads must be at least 6mm in diameter. Pacifier holders must not contain small parts that can come loose during standard tests. 
  • The ends are double tied and gently lit with a lighter.

TO THINK OF :

  •  Watch tutorials on how to make safe pacifier holders 
  • Pull and check the pacifier holder before each use. 
  • NEVER extend a pacifier holder, it should always be 22cm. 
  • Discard defective pacifier holders immediately when wear is detected. 
  • The pacifier holder should NOT be used as a toy! Never leave the child unattended with the pacifier holder.
  •  The child should never be left sleeping with the pacifier holder nearby, unattended. 
  • Never attach the pacifier holder to ribbons, cords or other loose parts of the clothes. This can mean a risk of strangulation. if the pacifier holder is longer than 22cm
  •  Inform third parties who will use the pacifier holder about the safety information and care instructions. 
  • The closing mechanism of the clip can be destroyed if it is attached to materials that are too thick.

HANDMADE TEETHING TOY:

  • Pull and check the toy before each use.
  •  Discard defective teething toys immediately when wear is detected.
  •  The child must not be left unattended with the teething toy. 

HANDMADE CARRIAGE HANGER: 

  • The pram pendant is not a toy. 
  • Pull and check the stroller suspension before each use. 
  • Discard defective pushchair hangers immediately when wear is detected. 
  • The child should never be left unattended with the stroller pendant. 
  • The child should never be put to sleep with the pram hanging nearby, without supervision

CARE ADVICE: 

SILICONE :To clean, wash with warm soapy water and allow to dry. 


CLIPS: Wipe off the clip if it gets wet as it can start to rust if it is wet for a long time. 

WOOD: Wipe off with a damp cloth and be sure to let the product dry. 

Never immerse the wooden products completely in water.

  • You who make a creation must do this with the utmost care, from making secure knots and always checking what you have made before it is put to use.
  • Also inform all of the above to third parties who will use the product you manufactured Please note that you who buy materials from us and produce  your own pacifier holders for resale have your own responsibility as a producer
  •  It is the producer who bears the ultimate responsibility that the products are safe and that it complies with the current legislation DIN EN 12586. 

This applies both if you manufacture on a larger scale or on a smaller scale. You also have a responsibility to inform third parties who may use the products about safety and care advice.
